Our Children and Families project workers are responsible for providing high quality support and planning for unaccompanied asylum-seeking Children (UASC), children and young people who are in long term foster care, residential care and semi-independent care up until the age of 18 years.

Our Care Leavers Advisers are responsible for supporting young adults care leavers between the ages of 18-25 to achieving better outcomes through support and acquisition of independent living skills. Overall, we work in partnership with children and young people, their families and other professionals to provide a range of support to keep young people safe; help them come to terms with what has happened in their lives; support them to assess accommodation and work with young people to prepare for work and independence.
